What we require:

• Completed application form (CAF) (also printable in CV format)
• Personal Statement
• Transcript(s) from your medical school(s)
• Dean's letter
• 4 Letters of Recommendation (total)
• Ideally, one letter from each discipline should be from a chair and the remaining two from Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Med-Peds faculty.
• USMLE or COMLEX scores
• Visa type, if applicable (Only J-1 Visas accepted)
• ECFMG number (if applicable.)  
• International Medical graduates should have completed at least 6 months of clinical training in the United States.
• Photograph
• An interview: Invitations for a personal interview will be arranged after the receipt of all the above materials, with the exception of the Dean's letter. Interviews are by invitation only, and applicants will be notified about interviews by email.

2011-2012 Interviews will be held on Fridays, with optional Thursdays to spend a day shadowing residents on wards or in clinic:
